OTC is an annual event for new Club Officers. Officers gain necessary leadership skills and training for the term. At the conference, there are various workshops are provided to cover all necessary skills to be a successful leader. The workshop presenters are prepared to educate next term Club Officers about the respective duties of their position.  Not only will you learn to become a better Club Officer, but You will also learn about Key Club's Major Emphasis and preferred charities.
