Are you a current freshman? Or did you just find out about Key club and want to join? Well here are the steps on how to become an Official Key Club member! :)

Print out the Member Application as well as the Medical Form here or pick it up in Room 203

Fill out the Application to the best of your ability, with the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Turn in your Member Application and Dues at the next Key Club Meeting or to Mrs. Crawford in Room 203 during lunch and maybe after school.

Why Do I Need To Pay Dues?
Why do I need to pay to be Key club, you ask?
The dues that you pay yearly are used to help fund the Youth Opprotunity Fund endownment, liability insurances and etc. Also, you will recieve a PHHS Key Club shirt!!
